How do we make sure AI in medicine stays safe long after it reaches patients? The UK government has backed a new blueprint from an NHS doctors-led commission, accepting all 44 of its recommendations. Instead of approving AI tools once and moving on, regulators will now track how they perform in real-world care over time.
